These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our premium luxury car rental services across the United Arab Emirates. By booking with us, you agree to these terms, ensuring a safe, secure, and exceptional experience with every rental.
⚖️ Important: These terms constitute a legally binding rental agreement between you and our luxury car rental service in UAE.
All bookings require a valid driver's license, passport/Emirates ID, and credit card. Minimum age requirement: 25 years.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of deposit payment and verification of all required documents.
Minimum rental period is 24 hours. Early returns do not qualify for partial refunds.
Rental extensions must be requested at least 6 hours before scheduled return time.
💳 Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit (AED 2,000 - 10,000) is required for all luxury vehicle rentals.
All our luxury vehicles include comprehensive insurance coverage as per UAE regulations. This covers third-party liability, fire, theft, and accidental damage.

⚠️ Note: Special event bookings (Eid, National Day, etc.) may have different cancellation policies.
While we strive to provide your selected luxury vehicle, circumstances may require substitution with a vehicle of similar or higher specifications. You will be notified of any changes at least 24 hours in advance.
We guarantee vehicle category or higher. All substitutions maintain premium standards.
Accept the substitution, choose alternative dates, or receive a full refund.
